MasterBrand to Purchase Supreme Cabinetry Brands

MasterBrand Cabinets, Beachwood, OH, announced its intent to acquire Supreme Cabinetry Brands, Inc., a residential cabinetry manufacturer, from GHK Capital Partners LP. The purchase includes Supreme Cabinetry’s manufacturing facilities in Minnesota, Iowa, and North Carolina and acquiring the Dua Supreme and Bertch brands.
