Manufacturing Institute Publishes Workforce Compensation and Competitiveness Report

The Manufacturing Institute, the workforce development and education partner of the National Association of Manufacturers, this month released a report titled, “The Manufacturing Experience: Compensation and Labor Market Competitiveness.”  The report examines current manufacturing workforce practices, and the impact recruiting and retention has had on compensation.  The report explores topics at the top of many prospective employee’s and employer’s minds today, including benefits, flexible work schedules, retention strategies and tools and techniques for addressing workforce skills shortages.  See Manufacturing Institute
