Kronospan Completes Purchase of Simsboro Particleboard

Kronospan today announced the completion of its acquisition of Roseburg’s particleboard plant in Simsboro, LA. The company plans to retain all 182 employees in the transition. In the U.S., Kronospan manufactures particleboard and TFL in Eastaboga, AL and MDF in Shippenville, PA. See Kronospan
