The Kitchen & Bath Market Index (KBMI), produced jointly by the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) and John Burns Real Estate Consulting, jumped 14.8 points from Q4 2020 to 79.8 in the first quarter. Any score above 50 indicates sales growth. The index measuring current conditions was 78.0, up 18.2 points from Q4. The indicator measuring future conditions rose 9.7 points from the previous quarter to 82.4.
