U.S. kitchen and bath cabinet sales in November 2025 were $166.7 million, dropping 11.7% from the comparable month in 2024 and 12.3% from October, according to the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association’s (KCMA) monthly “Trend of Business” member survey. Year-to-date sales through November totaled $2.1 billion, 6.9% below the same period in 2024.
Semi-custom sales decreased 15.0% from November 2024 and 13.4% from October to $90.7 million. Custom cabinet sales totaled $49.4 million, 3.0% lower than the prior year and down 8.8% from the previous month. Stock sales fell 14.5% from November 2024 and 14.6% from October to $26.6 million. See KCMA
