U.S. kitchen and bath cabinet sales in December 2025 were $159.4 million, declining 0.7% from the comparable month in 2024 and off 4.4% from November, according to the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association’s (KCMA) monthly “Trend of Business” member survey. Sales for the year totaled $2.3 billion, 6.5% below 2024.
Year-end semi-custom sales decreased 5.7% from 2024 to $1.3 billion. Custom cabinet sales totaled $627.3 million through December, 4.4% lower than the prior year. Stock sales dropped 12.4% from year-end to $363.5 million over 2024. See KCMA
