U.S. sales of new single-family homes in June were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 697,000, decreasing 2.5% from May but 23.8% higher than the comparable month in 2022.
The seasonally adjusted estimate of new homes for sale at the end of June was 432,000, representing a 7.4-month supply at the current sales rate. See U.S. Census Bureau
