In July, the seasonally adjusted Canadian wood product sales were $2.9 billion (CAD), 4.8% lower than June and 5.8% down from the comparable month last year. Sales of furniture and related products totaled $1.3 billion, up 1.4% from June but decreasing 2.4% from July 2023. Canadian manufacturing sales for all industries were $71.0 billion, increasing 1.4% from June but dipping 1.1% from the same period last year. See Statistics Canada
