July Architectural Billings Remain Slow

The American Institute of Architects (AIA) Economics & Market Research Group’s Architecture Billings Index (ABI) increased 1.8 points to 48.2 in July, and design contracts rose 0.9 points to 46.5. July billings were below 50 in all sectors and all geographic regions except for the northeast. A score above 50 indicates growth. See AIA
