U.S. kitchen and bath cabinet sales in January were $225.8 million, 6.5% higher than the comparable month in 2022, according to the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association’s (KCMA) monthly “Trend of Business” member survey. However, the number of cabinets sold was down 14.4% from January 2022.
Semi-custom sales improved 13.2% from January 2022 to $124 million. Custom cabinet sales climbed 22.3% to $65 million, and stock sales dropped 25.6% to $37 million from the comparable month in 2022.
