HDI Finalizes Acquisition of Mid-Am Building Products

Hardwoods Distribution Inc. (HDI), Langley B.C., announced the completion of the acquisition of Mid-Am Building Products. Mid-Am was founded in 1967 and is a wholesale distributor of building products, including doors and millwork, to the Midwest. Mid-Am will continue to operate under its current name. See HDI
