Seasonally adjusted shipments for all U.S. manufacturing industries in February totaled $623.2 billion, increasing 1.4% from January. Wood product shipments slipped 0.1% to $13.5 billion in February, while furniture and related product shipments rose 1.7% to $7.8 billion.
New manufacturing orders were unchanged from January at $619.6. Within this category, furniture and related product orders decreased 0.5% in February to $7.7 billion. See U.S. Census Bureau
