Seasonally adjusted shipments for all U.S. manufacturing industries in February were up 0.6% from January to $541.0 billion. Wood product shipments increased 2.4% in February to $12.3 billion compared to the prior month. Shipments of furniture and related products rose 2.3% from January to $6.29 billion.
New orders for all U.S. manufacturing decreased 0.5% from January to $542.0 billion. Furniture and related product orders in February grew 2.7% from the previous month to $6.3 billion. See U.S. Census Bureau
