U.S. sales of new single-family homes in February were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 662,000, decreasing 0.3% from January but 5.9% higher than the comparable month in 2023.
The seasonally adjusted estimate of new homes for sale through February was 463,000, representing an 8.4-month supply at the current sales rate. See U.S. Census Bureau
