February Canadian Wood Product Sales Increase Year-over-Year

Seasonally adjusted Canadian wood product sales in February were $3.1 billion (CAD), 0.2% lower than January but up 1.6% from the comparable month last year. Sales of furniture and related products totaled $1.3 billion, rising 6.8% from January and 0.4% higher than February 2023. Canadian manufacturing sales for all industries were $71.6 billion, growing 0.7% from January and 0.1% from the same period last year. See Statistics Canada
