Canadian building construction investment decreased 1.1% from January to $19.3 billion (CAD) in February, with residential construction spending dipping 1.2% to $13.4 billion. Seasonally adjusted single-family construction spending was 1.3% higher than January at $6.7 billion. Multi-unit levels were $6.7 billion, 3.5% lower in February.
