EPA Releases Draft Formaldehyde Risk Assessment for Comment

Today, EPA released for comment the risk assessment for formaldehyde under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The proposal is very complex and has a short public comment period, which concludes May 14. CPA will be working closely with the American Chemistry Council’s Formaldehyde Panel to decipher the risk assessment details and prepare responsive comments on the proposal. See EPA. Info: Andy O’Hare
