EPA Extends Deadline for 2024 Chemical Data Reporting

Every four years, the U.S. EPA requires manufacturers and importers of chemicals listed in the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Inventory to report on the manufacturing, processing, and use of those chemicals. This week, EPA extended the deadline for the 2020-2024 report from September 30 to November 22, 2024. The extension provides additional time for EPA to finalize updates to the online reporting tool.
