This week, EPA announced plans to reconsider or revise 31 regulations that were issued or updated by the Biden Administration. The regulations are divided into three categories: “Unleashing American Energy,” “Lowering the Cost of Living for American Families,” and “Advancing Cooperative Federalism.” Among the list published on March 12, CPA has highlighted several regulations that are of particular interest to CPA member companies. While no specific timeline has been provided, it is expected that the process will take two to three years to complete. See EPA Press Release and Regulations Impacting CPA Members.
