Duraplay Acquires Masisa Particleboard Mill in Mexico

Duraplay SAPI de CV, based in Parral, Mexico, announced the purchase of Masisa’s Forestal Terranova particleboard mill in Chihuahua. According to the terms of the acquisition, Masisa will continue to operate the plant until February 26. Duraplay operates more than 30 particleboard, MDF, and plywood manufacturing plants.
