CPA Signs on to Letter to Incoming Trump Administration

Last week, CPA joined several manufacturing associations in a letter coordinated by NAM’s Council of Manufacturing Associations. The letter addresses the incoming Trump Administration, recommending policy and regulatory changes for consideration. The two issues of concern to CPA include revisions as to how chemicals are assessed under the new and existing chemical programs under the Toxics Substances Control Act and the recently updated national ambient air quality standard for particulate matter.
