On October 10, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency issued guidance for the Proclamation under Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act, imposing new tariffs on select wood products, effective as of October 14. CPA reviewed and prepared a memo clarifying the Proclamation as outlined by the guidance as it pertains to member products.
