CPA Comments on EPA Low-Embodied Carbon Construction Materials Labeling Program

This week, CPA filed comments with EPA on its recent proposal for labeling construction materials that are low in embodied carbon. The letter addresses the minimal scope of the program, which does not include wood or wood products. CPA, along with other wood-affiliated industry associations, will organize a joint advocacy effort to promote the inclusion of wood products in the program. See EPA and CPA Comments.
