November 2025 Canadian building construction investment rose 9.7% from October and 16.6% year-over-year to $24.5 billion (CAD). Residential construction spending increased 13.3% from October to $17.6 billion, while non-residential totals were up 1.4% to $6.9 billion. Seasonally adjusted single-family investment was 5.0% higher than October at $7.4 billion, while multi-unit levels surged 20.1% to $10.2 billion in November. See Statistics Canada
