Canadian Wood Product Sales Increase in June

In June, the seasonally adjusted Canadian wood product sales were $3.1 billion (CAD), 1.0% higher than May and up 3.4% from the comparable month last year. Sales of furniture and related products totaled $1.3 billion, declining 0.4% from May and 6.9% from June 2023. Canadian manufacturing sales for all industries were $69.6 billion, dipping 2.1% from May and 1.8% from the same period last year. See Statistics Canada
