Canadian hotel construction projects reached 332 in the fourth quarter of 2025, dipping 0.3% from the same period in 2024, but total rooms increased 4.6% to 45,429. Projects under construction at the end of Q4 decreased 7.9% compared to the prior year to 70, with 12.0% fewer rooms at 9,189. Over the next 12 months, 90 projects with 12,614 rooms are expected, a growth of 3.4% and 7.8% respectively over Q4 2024.
