Canadian hotel construction projects in the second quarter rose 3% from Q2 2024 to 333, representing 44,764 rooms. Projects under construction increased 20% from the comparable period in 2024 to 68, with 9,038 rooms. For the next 12 months, 100 projects with 12,955 rooms are expected, a 25% and 40% growth over Q2 2024, respectively.
