Canadian hotel construction pipeline reached 331 projects with 45,401 rooms in the first quarter. By the end of Q1, 64 projects with a total of 8,125 rooms were actively under construction. Over the next 12 months, 91 projects representing 12,327 rooms are scheduled to begin.
