Canadian hotel construction projects in the third quarter rose 2% from the same period in 2024 to 333, representing 44,659 rooms. Projects under construction at the end of Q3 decreased 19% from last year to 66, with 8,398 rooms. For the next 12 months, 103 projects with 13,969 rooms are expected, a 49% and 43% growth over Q3 2024, respectively.
