Canadian seasonally adjusted retail furniture store sales in February rose 0.7% from January but decreased 1.3% from the same month in 2025 to $1.2 billion (CAD). Sales for building material dealers reached $3.9 billion, slipping 0.6% from January but increasing 1.6% from February 2025. Total Canadian retail sales for the month were $72.1 billion, up 0.7% from the prior month and 3.8% from the same period in 2025. See Statistics Canada
