Canadian building construction investment in December 2020 was up 1.5% from November to $15.5 billion (CAD), following three straight months of contraction. Residential construction rose 1.9% from November to a record level of $11.1 billion, while non-residential totals were unchanged for the third consecutive month in December at $4.4 billion.
