Ahlstrom-Munksjö Spins Off Décor Business

Ahlstrom-Munksjö, Helsinki, Finland, announced that the Board of Directors agreed to an ownership restructuring plan that transfers the Décor business to Ahlstrom Capital Oy. The new company will be called Munksjö and the deal should be finalized by the end of the third quarter. See Ahlstrom-Munksjö
