CPA is pleased to announce the following speakers for the Fall Meeting in Leesburg, VA.
Greg Lewis, Vice President of Wood Panels for Forest Economic Advisors, will deliver the keynote presentation at the opening General Session on Monday, October 23, providing a market analysis and forecast for the North American industry, including an outlook for potential new investments in North American by European producers and others.
The Tuesday General Session will focus on trends and provide future insights from furniture industry representatives, a major consumer of composite panel products. The roundtable discussion includes Bill Perdue, Vice President of Regulatory Affairs of American Home Furnishings Alliance (AHFA) and Steve Kooy, Director of Health and Sustainability of Business and Institutional Furniture Manufacturers Association (BIFMA).
During Monday’s lunch on October 23, Dr. Jay Lee, Distinguished Professor and Director of the Industrial Artificial Intelligence (AI) Center at the University of Maryland, will discuss strategies for adopting and implementing AI to enhance manufacturing processes.
The meeting takes place October 22-24 at the Lansdowne Resort. Hotel reservations can be made at the discounted room rate of $279 through September 29 or until the room block is full, whichever comes first.
